Susan Bonney (’66) was recently named
as the winner of the Canadian Association
of Occupational Therapists Outstanding
Achievement Award. The award was
established to honour the exceptional
contributions of an individual occupational
therapist in British Columbia who has been in
the forefront of activities which provide strategic
leadership and direction for developing the
profession. Susan was recognised for her
contributions to the profession of Occupational
Therapy and to children with special needs
and their families, for the dedicated and lasting
legacy of service she has given to therapists
working in the BC public health care system
and their clients.
Indya Dwyer (‘10) is one of five students from
the International College of Hotel Management
(ICHM) in South Australia that have been
seconded to the G20 Leaders Summit to
be held in Brisbane from November 15 to
16. Each was selected for their leadership
qualities, communication skills and experience
in industry, as well as having gained the
necessary security clearance. Indya has
completed a Bachelor of Business (Hospitality
Management) at ICHM, and is now in her 4th
year studying for the Bachelor of International
Hotel Management (Swiss Hotel Association).
Indya was awarded Dux of 3rd Year in 2013.
